<p>The 149.84ft Conversion sail yacht was built by John Lewis &amp; Sons in United Kingdom at their Aberdeen shipyard , she was delivered to her owner in 1968 and last refitted in 2014 by Conrad Shipyard. This luxury vessel&#8217;s sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Camper &amp; Nicholsons. Previously named Malcolm Miller, Her exterior is styled by the Camper &amp; Nicholsons team who are also responsible for the entire engineering package.</p>
<p>ACCOMMODATION<br />
Interior configuration has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests overnight in 6 cabins, comprising a master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 1 double cabin, and 3 single cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew on board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.</p>

features a displacement steel hull and steel superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100A1 SY classification society rules.</p>
<p>PERFORMANCE<br />
Powered by 2 Cummins (CTA8.3-M) 239hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin screw propellers sailing yacht is capable of a top speed of 10.5 knots, and comfortably cruises at 9 knots when powered by her engines. With her 22,600 liters fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,200 nautical miles at 8 knots. Her water tanks store around 3,970 liters of fresh water.</p>

Position: Restaurant Supervisor<br />
Reports to: Restaurant Manager<br />
Job scope: Assisting the Restaurant Manager to ensure that food service is carried out in an efficient and professional manner in the following dining areas:<br />
➢ Passenger Main Dining Room<br />
➢ Lido and Panorama Buffet<br />
➢ Officer Mess, Crew Mess, Senior&#8217;s Officers Mess<br />
➢ Any other food related activity<br />
Main tasks:</p>
<p>Personnel and Service<br />
• Ensures that Company’s standards are met.<br />
• Conducts training to ensure that staff applies the standard of service according to company and to the Restaurant Operations Manual procedures.<br />
• Checks and inspects the Food Service Attendants and Food Service Assistants as they come into the dining room to ensure that they have showered, shaved and have a clean well pressed uniform.<br />
• Checks all Food Service Attendants’ and Food Service Assistants’ working stations for cleanliness before and after every meal.<br />
• Ensures that Food Service Attendants’ and Food Service Assistants’ side duties are carried out correctly.<br />
• Ensures that all VSP guidelines for personal hygiene are followed.</p>
<p>Equipment<br />
• Ensures that all servicing equipment is clean and in good working order.<br />
• Reports dining room repairs, spoilage, breakage and losses to the Restaurant Manager on a daily basis.<br />
• Ensures the availability of stock in hand.<br />
• Implements sanitation standards at all times.</p>
<p>Administration<br />
• Keeps the Restaurant Manager informed of all problems in his section.<br />
• Proficiently complete any side jobs and any tasks given by the Restaurant Manager.<br />
• Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager to ensure that inventory is taken in a monthly basis or as instructed.<br />
• Submits daily report to the Restaurant Manager.<br />

<p>Head Waiter / Chef de Rang Job Description and Duties:</p>
<p>Cruise ship head waiter<br />
&#8212; Reports to the ship&#8217;s Assistant Restaurant Manager and to the Maitre D&#8217; and directly supervises, trains and monitors the performance of the subordinate F&amp;B positions assigned to his/ her work station &#8212; Waiter / Waitress and Assistant Waiter / Waitress</p>
<p>&#8212; Ensures that all tables within his/ her section are set on time with the appropriate china, silverware, glassware and linen</p>
<p>&#8212; Assist subordinate staff in setting tables in cases of time constraints or temporary personnel shortages</p>
<p>&#8212; Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to new recruits in order to improve their current performance allowing them to gain skills and abilities for future advancement</p>
<p>&#8212; Responsible for notifying the Restaurant Manager/ Maitre D&#8217; of any cases of disciplinary actions or poor performance</p>
<p>&#8212; Would escort passengers to their tables, present them the menues and suggest particular courses and wines and would kindly answer to any questions they may have regarding menu items and wine list</p>
<p>&#8212; Constantly observes his assigned assigned area for demanding or &#171;difficult&#187; passengers and works in a positive and polite manner to resolve problems</p>

<p>Looking for Catering personnel to be assigned on one of our vessel ( Ferry ) with capacity of ca. 2500 pax, operating under Italian flag with the voyages within Baltic Sea.<br />
Below is the list of Departments where we need to cover different level of positions, all crew must be capable to speak English &amp; Russian languages:</p>
<p>All the candidates must be in possession of the following certificates:</p>
<p>• Seafarer’s identity document (seaman’s book)<br />
• Medical certificate of fitness in compliance with the MLC 2006 and STCW 78<br />
• Certificate of basic safety training (STCW section A-VI/1, tables A-VI/1-1, A-VI/1-2, A-VI/1-3, A-VI/1-4)<br />
• Certificate of crowd management training, safety training for personnel providing direct service to passengers in passengers spaces at the support level (STCW section A-V/2, paragraph 1,2,3,4)<br />
• Certificate of security-awareness training of seafarer’s ( STCW section A-VI/6, tables A-VI/6-1)<br />
• PSCRB – Proficiency in Survival Craft &amp; rescue boat<br />
• Certificate of sanitation knowledge<br />
and Schengen, of course</p>
<p>The duration of contract is 4 months (plus maximum 2 depending on operational needs). One, maximum 2 months OFF.</p>
<p>The vessel is already in operation so our research is very urgent. We need personnel with previous experience in the cruise sector.</p>
<p>The crew list is composed by 122 crew members but actually we have more or less 20 positions to be covered. We will need replacements for the next months.</p>

<p><b>Deck 10</b> has crew spaces and more sun deck space.<br />
<b>Deck 9</b> is entirely given to crew spaces.<br />
<b>Deck 8</b> has a VIP lounge forward, followed by a cinema and casino (all of these are in the area of the original extensive conference facilities). These are followed by the atrium which is flanked by a fashion shop and the Night Rabbit Bar discotheque.</p>
